Minister Vakiti Srihari Launches Developmental Spree in Achampet Town
Achampet: State Minister for Sports and Animal Husbandry, Shri Vakiti Srihari, along with Achampet MLA Dr. Chikkudu Vamsi Krishna, inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several developmental projects in the town today.
The projects include the construction of CC roads, a mini-park, a Basthi Dawakhana, and a new sports stadium. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister emphasized that the government is committed to providing world-class infrastructure to rural towns. Later, he visited the Fish Farm at Chandrasagar Lake and interacted with the local fishermen community. He assured them that the government would implement special schemes to boost their income and improve fish seedling distribution.
