లంచం తీసుకుంటూ జిల్లా సహకార అధికారి ఏసీబీ వలలో: మంచిర్యాలలో ₹2 లక్షలతో పట్టుబడిన రాథోడ్ బిక్కు నాయక్

మంచిర్యాల జిల్లాలో అవినీతి నిరోధక శాఖ (ACB) అధికారులు అవినీతికి పాల్పడిన ఒక జిల్లా అధికారిని లంచం తీసుకుంటుండగా అరెస్ట్ చేశారు. జిల్లా సహకార శాఖ అధికారి (DCO) రాథోడ్ బిక్కు నాయక్ తన నివాసంలోనే ఏసీబీ వలకు చిక్కారు.
₹7 లక్షలు డిమాండ్:
మంచిర్యాల కేంద్రంలోని ఇక్బాల్ అహ్మద్ నగర్ లోని తన నివాసంలో బిక్కు నాయక్ రెండు లక్షల రూపాయలు లంచం స్వీకరిస్తుండగా ఏసీబీ బృందం ఆయనను రెడ్ హ్యాండెడ్గా పట్టుకుంది.
ఒక సస్పెండ్ అయిన ఉద్యోగికి పెరిగిన వేతనాలను (రీఇంబర్స్మెంట్) మంజూరు చేసే ప్రక్రియలో భాగంగా, డీసీఓ బిక్కు నాయక్ బాధితుడిని మొత్తం ₹7 లక్షలు లంచంగా డిమాండ్ చేసినట్లు ఏసీబీ అధికారులు తెలిపారు. ఆ మొత్తంలో తొలి విడతగా ₹2 లక్షలు తీసుకునే సమయంలోనే అధికారులు పక్కా ప్రణాళికతో వల పన్ని పట్టుకున్నారు.
బాధితుడు ఏసీబీని ఆశ్రయించడంతో, ముందస్తు ప్రణాళిక ప్రకారం అధికారులు దాడి చేసి ఆయనను రంగే హస్తంగా (Red-handed) అరెస్ట్ చేశారు.
ప్రస్తుతం, మంచిర్యాల కలెక్టరేట్లోని జిల్లా సహకార అధికారి కార్యాలయంలో ఏసీబీ అధికారులు దర్యాప్తు కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు. ఈ కేసులో మరింత సమాచారం సేకరించేందుకు అధికారులు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు.
